The three of us had a great time and, as usual, Melissa and Chris quickly realized that engagement shoots are laid back, fun and time to get to know each other. I had a great time and I hope you guys enjoy your photos. Here are some of my favorites:

Engagement shoot at Rollins College
Melissa and Chris tell me that they spent a lot of time at Dinky Dock Park so it just made sense to shoot their engagement photos there. Located in between Rollins College, Dinky Dock is a small, quaint park with tons of character. Its a short walk from there to anywhere else on Rollins campus so it was a lot of fun to shoot there and enjoy the awesome weather.

Susan and Tom's Wedding at Lake Mary Events Center
I teased you a few posts ago with the shot of Susan in the twilight shot near the lake and now I have the rest of their photos done. Here are some of my favorites from the night...
The Lake Mary Event Center is amazing... inside and out. If you havent booked a reception you NEED to look into this place.

I never seen two people come in so happy!!

Their last dance of the evening.... everyone else is out front waiting for the departure.

Thank You!!
"WeddingWire, the nation’s leading wedding technology company, just announced that East Orlando Photography has won the 2009 Bride’s Choice Awards™!
In its inaugural year, the Bride’s Choice Awards recognizes and honors vendors from the WeddingWire Network that demonstrate excellent quality of service, responsiveness, professionalism, value of cost and flexibility. This year’s recipients represent the top three percent of WeddingWire’s vendor community. That means Chris Honour is one of the very best wedding photographers in your area.
Unlike other awards in which winners are selected by the company, the Bride’s Choice Awards are determined exclusively by recent newlyweds through surveys and reviews.
“We are excited to launch this annual award program to honor high-performing vendors based solely on the experiences of our WeddingWire community,” according to Timothy Chi, WeddingWire’s Chief Executive Officer. “This year’s recipients have set the bar high, exhibiting excellent service and expertise in the wedding industry.”
I would like to thank my past clients for speaking on my behalf and helping me win the 2009 Bride’s Choice Award!"
