The Standing Hamptons - Wedding + Band = More Fun

Went and saw a friend's band at the end of September called the Standing Hamptons. So, why do you care to know this on a wedding photography blog? Well, they are available to play your wedding. These guys are great, fun band that would liven up any wedding to its full potential.

There is nothing better than live music for your big day, but most brides don't even look into it because of the fear of sticker shock. Let me tell you, you would be surprised at how little of a difference there is for a good D.J. and a great, local band.

The Standing Hamptons play everything so no one in the room will be left out. Check out their site and do your self a favor and find out where they are playing next, because it will only take one set to know who will be playing your wedding music.

A Bit Behind...

Wow, a bit behind on posting photos to the blog here. I have been so focused on getting the final products in your hands, that I have missed some of the sharing that I get to do on here.

Truth be told, its my son's 2nd birthday on Thursday and I have been dedicating all my free time to helping my wife, clean inside and out, shop and get all those last minute things done before the big party on Saturday. Zach's God Mother (& Lynne's Cousin), Lisa Delaney, is coming down from Massachusetts. We also have a good friend of Lynne's (and mine for that matter), Rhonda Thompson, coming down from Athens with her son Aiden. Lots to do around the house to get ready for food, drinks and fun with family and friends.

I will see if I can get some pictures posted on Tuesday or Wednesday...
